Double-sided RGB light ring

A glowing ring on the side of the case gives five-colour lighting that adds safety for you and your pet at night, and the ring lights both sides of the case.

Built-in flashlight

The flashlight gives safe road lighting and maximum visibility at night. The manufacturer's picture shows a walker lighting the pavement ahead of her dog.

Touch lighting

The lights are controlled with the power symbol on the ring. The manufacturer's picture lists four touches: the first turns on the flashlight (a short press of the power symbol twice), the second turns on the coloured LED ring, the third turns on the flashlight and the ring together, and the fourth turns everything off.

360° tangle-free outlet

The U-shaped retraction opening lets you control your dog from any angle, so the tape runs out and back without twisting.

Ergonomic non-slip TPR handle

The handle is shaped for a comfortable grip and has a non-slip TPR finish, which the manufacturer says saves energy when you walk your dog.

One-button lock

You can lock the leash at the length you want with a touch of a button. The picture shows three states: free, where the tape runs out and back with your dog; locked, where the slider is pressed down; and unlocked, where it is slid back.

3M or 5M rope length

The retractable tape extends to 5M (the 3M length is marked on the same picture), giving your dog a good range and freedom of movement. Parts of the leash

The labelled diagram shows the lock button, RGB light ring, touch lighting, LED light and the battery cover on the back. Two AAA batteries are needed for the lights and are not included in the package.

How to use it

1. Fit 2 × AAA batteries (not included) in the battery compartment.
2. Clip the hook to your dog's collar or harness.
3. Press the lock button down to hold the length you want, or slide it back to unlock and let the lead retract freely.
4. Touch the power symbol on the ring to switch between flashlight, colour ring, both and off for evening and early-morning walks.

Specifications

Walking safely

The lights make your dog easier to see, but they do not replace care around traffic. Lock the lead short near roads, supervise your dog at all times and check the lead regularly for wear. Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the 3M and 5M lengths?

The 3M gives a shorter reach and the 5M gives more room to roam. Both have the same lights and lock. The manufacturer's parameter chart lists the 5M model at 314g and 18.5 × 11 × 5cm.

How do the lights work?
